Unemployed people after 50 trying to find a job are disadvantaged and confronted with discrimination. In the end, this can have a negative influence on their inner balance and self-trust. They feel useless, incapable and frustrated. Providing a possibility of further education and inclusion in the active society increases not only their self-esteem but also their physical, psychic, financial and social independence.
The Club management tries to finance the activities of the Club aimed at support of elderly people in various forms. One of the possibilities is funding through various tenders, grants, projects.
The EQUAL Structural Social Fund offered an appropriate form of funding, as it focuses on the area of re-education of disadvantaged groups, which include the members of the Club, and their subsequent employment.
